Through her highly engaging client-driven approach, Deb helps her clients to tap their talents, elevate their energy, and master their mindset in order to tackle the toughest issues head-on. She has worked with hundreds of leaders and their teams-including CEOs, senior executives, leadership coaches and even world-class athletes to achieve peak performance.

Deb’s life-long interest in coaching and peak performance grew from her work with Olympic Swim Coach Dick Shoulberg. Their powerful partnership enabled Deb to turn in some of the fastest 50 freestyle times in the US for four years. Today, Deb combines her infectious energy, her doctorate in psychology, her 14 years as a leader in Fortune 500 firms, and personal experience as a peak performer to enable executives to attain peak performance and new levels of success in the world of business.

Deb’s work has resulted in in her clients receiving numerous awards. Her first mentee in Pathfinders won the “Outstanding Mentee of the Year Award” for outstanding accomplishments achieved through mentoring. Two of Deb’s clients also won the “Women of the Year Award” for leadership excellence awarded by WIT (Women in Technology). Deb and one of her clients were also honored to be the recipient of the ICF’s first “Coaching Dream Team Award” for outstanding results achieved through coaching.

Deb has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations, including the Georgia Coach Association. She is a graduate of Coach University, and has been awarded the SPHR designation by the Society of Human Resource Development (SHRM). She also co-chaired the OD PEG for SHRM Atlanta for 3 years.
