FASTLANE provides 2 executive coaching sessions per month delivered via phone or in person, whichever best fits your needs and your schedule. Your coaching engagement begins with targeted assessments including Emotional Intelligence and 360º Assessments, at no additional charge, to establish a benchmark from which we’ll work. During coaching sessions, we’ll provide real-time leadership development and feedback on pressing issues, while championing and expanding your new ideas. Because we take an action-oriented approach to coaching, we’ll design personal “workouts” at the end of each session to enable you to achieve your goals and practice new ways of leading, being and doing between each coaching session.
We also know that issues and opportunities don’t follow a calendar or a schedule. That’s why we offer just-in-time coaching. Our clients can contact us anytime between regularly scheduled coaching sessions, either by email or for quick 10–15-minute phone calls, at no additional charge—right when you need it most.
